And so to ’25

Our Latest News

It’s been a particularly fascinating start to the media training year for us.

A big part of the enjoyment of the coaching for Caroline and me is working across very different genres, from London’s biggest museums and galleries, to airports, charities, NHS research and digital entertainment. It takes us all round the country.
It’s flattering when our clients often ask us how we know so much about their company. Well, it’s all about putting in the research, but also, as journalists, knowing what to look for. And that’s exactly how we help them – by showing them what the media, and therefore the public, is looking for; knowing how do identify the gems of stories their organisation holds, and helping them with how to put it across in that best of languages – fluent human! And that can be on TV or radio interviews, podcasts, webinars or presentations.

There are many media training companies out there, doing a great job. Our method is to show our clients the tips and techniques that have worked for us over the many years we’ve be working as presenters and producers. We never stop learning, and like to think we have a slightly unique approach, working closely with the people in our sessions, and identifying their strengths as well as their anxieties. We build confidence and de-mystify the media. And it’s fun!

A couple of recent reviews sum up what we’re trying to achieve – ‘A very powerful and thought provoking couple of hours’; and this one made us smile – ‘I feel like I’ve been Fairy-God-mothered, I’m ready for the ball!’
If you’d like to try a new way of getting yourself and your organisation heard, or your’e looking for a highly experienced broadcaster or event host, please do give me a shout.
